Before working with Jamie, I had low self-esteem, a poor concept of what a good diet consisted of, and would feel overwhelmingly guilty anytime I treated myself. I went to Jamie in hopes that she would just revamp my workouts. Little did I know she would give me a completely new outlook on wellness. She taught me the importance of progressive strength training & as a result I saw more definition in my arms, abs, and a firmer butt. She helped me & my husband improve our nutrition and now we have more energy throughout the day. Overtime, she?s helped me learn to accept my body and realize I could be strong, athletic and love who I am! I?ve become more independent now, but continue to work with Jamie, as my goals change she coaches me in nutrition & exercise. She?s one of the best trainers around & I highly recommend her to all those wanting to get the most out of their fitness routine.

I can't sing praises for Jamie loud enough! As a wife and mother she is trying to balance work life and home life like the rest of us so she understands how difficult it can be to fit exercise and healthy eating into your daily life. Jamie has designed several exercise programs for me over the past 5 years. She does not use cookie-cutter plans. They are laid out with your goals, equipment availability, and lifestyle in mind. Ten weeks ago Jamie lined out a new exercise program and food plan for me. I have learned so much about nutrient timing and the importance of fueling my body with the right food at the right time. I can say that I'm in the best shape of my life right now (according to me and my doctor) and I owe it all to Jamie for sharing her wisdom and passion for helping others achieve a happy, healthy lifestyle.

I have had the privilege of knowing and training with Jamie for about 3 years. We first met in her boot camp class, which was finally the perfect blend of difficulty for me!
